Thank you for choosing Myde Clothing. To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all our clients, please take note of our booking policy:
1. Booking Confirmation
All orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost before work begins. Your slot will only be secured once the deposit is received.
2. Measurements & Details
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and style details at the time of booking. MydeMydething will not be held responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements.
3. Production Time
Our standard production time depends on the design and workload. Clients are advised to book at least 2–3 weeks in advance to avoid rush fees.
4. Rush Orders
Orders needed urgently may attract an additional rush fee, depending on availability.
5. Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pickup of the outfit.
6. Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
7. Pickup & Delivery
Clients will be notified when outfits are ready. Items should be picked up within the agreed time to avoid storage issues.
