How do I place an order?
Simply send us your inspiration or tell us about your event. We’ll guide you through the entire process from design to delivery.
Do I need a consultation?
Not always. If you already know what you want, you can order directly. Consultations are recommended for fully Custom designs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We work with clients worldwide and offer virtual consultations, guided measurements, and worldwide delivery.
How long does production take?
Production takes approximately 6-12, depending on the design. We recommend ordering early for special events.
Do you accept express orders?
Yes, subject to availability. Express orders attract an additional fee.
How does payment work?
A 70% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due before delivery. Flexible installment plans are also available.
Will I receive updates during production?
Yes. We share progress photos and videos throughout the production process.
Can you recreate a design I found online?
Yes. We can recreate your inspiration while adding MYDE Clothing’s signature craftsmanship and unique details.
What do you design?
We create luxury bridal gowns, reception dresses, traditional outfits, prom dresses, evening gowns, and bespoke couture pieces.
What if my dress needs adjustments?
Every dress is made to your measurements. If minor alterations are needed, we’ll guide you on the best solution.
